This beautiful penthouse in fase 7 in Punta Prima is equipped with all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. This property has a spacious living room with sofabed, 2 bedrooms. 1 x 2 + 2 x 1 sleeps and 2 bathrooms, shower + shower facility. There is a balcony and a spacious fully furnished roof terrace, 55m2 with table + chairs, loungset, 2 sun loungers and BBQ. From here you have a nice view toward the sea, the common garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes dishwasher.

The living room includes air conditioning, hot and cold and SAT TV. The apartment is fully finished with the finest materials and in accordance with the new European standards. The complex is safe and protected and there is an underground parking garage.

This is definitely a wonderful place to be and on a very central and lovely location. Ideal for a short stay during your holiday and for long term stay during the winter with the the right facilities and all day sun on the terrace. Also for lovers of golf, it is here an earthly paradise.

This complex is one of the newest, most attractive residential area in Punta Prima, only 5 minutes drive ( 1 Km > 1.5 Km ) to Punta Prima beach, all the amenities expected in a modern holiday resort and a diverse range of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance.

PUNTA PRIMA
Punta Prima is situated a ten minute drive just south of Torrevieja, and all of its amenities such as the shopping complex, Las Habaneras, Waterpark, Pacha nightclub, casino, ten pin bowling, marina, submarine, boat trips, and Playa Flamenca with its beautiful beaches. For those more energetic you can reach Torrevieja by foot, a mere thirty minute stroll along the coast or there is an hourly bus service to take you there.

ACTIVITIES AND THINGS TO DO IN PUNTA PRIMA
Go-Karting is a must when visiting Punta Prima with a visit to the Asturia Restaurant to follow, a very large Resaurant with English speaking staff. The food is of a very high quality especially the many different paellas, with good value for money. Free car park with Mediterranean views.

There are three golf courses in the area as well as water sports, fishing, sailing to be enjoyed. A visit to the local market to buy your fruits and vegetables, shoes, bags and clothes can be made on Saturdays at Playa Flamenca. 

THE BEACHES
Located opposite the complex is the beach of Rocio del Mar, which had been awarded with blue flag and “Q” for tourist quality. Also accessible are the surrounding beaches and coves of: Punta Prima beach, La Zenia Beach and Cala Ferris, Playa Flamenca amongst others. 

GOLF COURSES
Near to the urbanization and open all year-round are different golf courses; renowned for their reputations and qualities are: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, all are 18 holes. 

AMENITIES
The urbanization is surrounded by all type of services, opened throughout the year. There are several commercial areas within the immediate vicinity with a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Nearby are two large shopping centres: Zenia Boulevard on Orihuela Costa and Habaneras in Torrevieja. Torrevieja hospital is located just 3 km from the complex. 

RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS
Punta Prima also has a Commercial Centre with an Eroski supermarket, Wok Buffet (Chinese) restaurant, Captain’s Table restaurant (fish and chips, Sunday roasts and breakfasts), Amigos bar, Chinese restaurant, Greta Garbos restaurant is a Swedish restaurant open in the evenings only, Subway, Timeless fashions with English clothes, Milar, Druni, The Card Place, Nautilus Plaza with American style hamburgers and ice creams, Yu Chinese restaurant is quite fancy, Murphy’s Irish Pub and cafe and Emilio’s Italian restuarant and take away.

There are more restaurants to choose from on the N332 such as Rogues Carvery, Rogues fish bar, Puccini Italian, German, Ghandi Indian, two Chinese restaurants (including Dinastia) and several bars. For major food shopping we recommend a trip to the Carrefour hypermarket in Torrevieja.

Forudbetalingen på 30% af lejeprisen skal ske inden for 5 dage efter fakturadato. Alle betalinger skal betales via bankoverførsel. Din betalingsopgørelse og reservationsbekræftelse sammen kan bruges som lejekontrakt.

Skal jeg betale et depositum?
Ja, du skal betale et depositum på 250€. Dette depositum vil blive refunderet til dig senest 8 dage efter din afrejse. Eventuelle omkostninger for skader vil blive fratrukket det refunderede depositum.

Brug af elektricitet
De nævnte lejepriser er altomfattende omkostninger ved energi, medmindre mere end 85 kwh om ugen til el forbruges, de flere forbrugeromkostninger vil blive fratrukket depositumet al 0,35 € pr. Kwh. Nøglebedriften vil give en forklaring.
