This luxury apartment with spectacular sea views is situated on the 4th floor of Panorama Mar, a new seafront development in Punta Prima, Torrevieja. This apartment features a large living room furnished with a dining table, leather sofas, two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with single beds), an LCD TV in the master bedroom, air conditioning, an LCD TV in the living room with international satellite channels, and WiFi.
There are 2 bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. Additionally, there is hot water heating that ensures a comfortable indoor climate during the winter months.
This apartment has been well designed, offering plenty of comfort and excellent quality, allowing for maximum enjoyment of the communal landscaped areas of this beautiful residential complex. There are 2 spacious terraces, located to the north and south. From here, you can enjoy magnificent views over the Mediterranean Sea, Playa Flamenca, and Torrevieja.
The communal area includes 3 swimming pools, including an infinity pool, a hot water jacuzzi, a children's paddling pool, and a playground for kids. Panorama Mar is a private gated community with closed-circuit surveillance. There is underground parking and a storage room. The complex has direct access to the Punta Prima promenade.
THE LOCATION: PUNTA PRIMA
Punta Prima is a typical Spanish seaside tourist resort located on the southern Costa Blanca, within 30 minutes of two international airports: Murcia and Alicante. The beaches are among the cleanest in the area and have been awarded blue flag status. Punta Prima enjoys a Mediterranean climate with 320 days of sunshine a year. The beach features a wonderful promenade lined with shops, boutiques, bars, and restaurants.
Punta Prima is situated just a ten-minute drive south of Torrevieja. For the more energetic, you can reach Torrevieja on foot, with a leisurely thirty-minute stroll along the coast, or you can take the hourly bus service.
A short walk will take you to a sandy beach, or you can follow the newly built promenade to explore other beaches, making this resort an appealing and desirable spot to enjoy your holiday. Within just 10 minutes, you can access a variety of cuisines, including Spanish, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, and Indian.
Punta Prima features a sandy beach. On one side, you can swim, paddle, or simply sunbathe, while on the other side, there are rock pools that provide an ideal and safe location for children to explore crabs or fish, or simply sit in the warm pools.
ACTIVITIES & THINGS TO DO
Punta Prima also has a commercial center with an Eroski supermarket, numerous bars, and restaurants. There are even more dining options along the N332, such as Rogues Carvery, Rogues Fish Bar, Puccini Italian, Ghandi Indian, and two Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia, along with several bars.
There are three golf courses in the area, as well as opportunities for water sports, fishing, and sailing. You can visit the local market on Saturdays at Playa Flamenca to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, shoes, bags, and clothes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
We kindly ask you to read the following information carefully.
What happens after I have booked an accommodation?
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.
When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.
Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 250 to 300€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.
Once you are back home, I would also like to ask you to provide your bank account number so that we can refund the security deposit quickly and efficiently.
How do I arrange the Key handover?
We list all properties on behalf of owners who have appointed a local management team. This team ensures that your holiday accommodation is ready for your arrival and is available to assist you during your stay. If there are any delays in your arrival, please inform the accommodation manager, as they may have multiple appointments at different locations.
To ensure that everything goes smoothly for your upcoming stay, we would like to receive your arrival details as soon as possible.
We kindly request that you provide this information no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date. This will help us make the necessary preparations for your stay.
The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.
At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.
Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit. In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!
Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.
Use of electricity
The rental rates include energy costs, except when your consumption exceeds 85 kWh for a 2-bedroom property or 120 kWh for a 3-bedroom property. In these instances, any excess usage will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 0.35€ per kWh.
The key manager will be available to provide further clarification on -site.
